With the initiative of #Deteldecarbonisenepal, Detel, an Indian electric vehicle manufacturer and one of the world's most economical electric two-wheelers brands, is all set to venture into Nepal with the range of its e-vehicles. Detel is not only bringing the most disruptive EVs in the market but also playing a crucial role in creating awareness for sustainable mobility, says the company.The Indian homegrown brand will launch a range of electric two-wheelers including the Detel Easy Plus and the Detel Easy Loader for the B2C and B2B segments. Opal multinational Pvt Ltd will be the official partner of Detel business for Nepal.Commenting on the same, Dr. Yogesh Bhatia, Founder, Detel, said “We have been putting all the efforts to fuel the Electric Vehicles revolution. By coming up with the most affordable e-vehicles for Indian markets, we now aim to strengthen our position in Nepal and push forward our campaign to establish a strong foothold in South Asian markets."Similarly, Mrs. Gitika Bhatia, Founder, Detel Foundation, added “Detel Foundation has taken an initiative to provide a tree on the sale of Detel electric vehicles. Under this initiative, we will provide a token of appreciation to the customers with a personalized certificate highlighting how their purchase from Detel India has helped to contribute to the #Detelgreennepal initiative. The certificate will also have a Geotag for the tree that has been planted in the name of that customer, which will help them to virtually visit the location of the tree”, she further added.
Detel Easy Plus:
The Detel Easy Plus moped is powered by a 350W electric motor and gets a 20Ah lithium-ion battery pack. The Detel Easy Plus has a range of 60 km on one full charge and the top speed is rated at 25 kmph. The moped has a load capacity of 150 kg.
Detel Easy Loader:
The Detel Easy Loader will be available in a single-battery and a dual-battery pack. The Detel Easy Loader is powered by a 350W electric motor and gets a 20Ah lithium-ion battery pack. The loader has a range of 60 km on one full charge and the top speed is rated at 25 kmph. It has a load capacity of 200 kg.
